Awarded Student Talks
Conditions
The awardees will have the opportunity to give an oral presentation along with the invited speakers of the symposium. Further details will be sent to the awardees via email.
Eligibility
To be eligible to give an awarded student talk, you have to be enrolled as a graduate student (master's or PhD level) and work in a field relevant to the topic of the symposium. Awardees are expected to present their research (15-20 minutes talk) during one of the scientific sessions. Awardees are also expected to present a poster during the poster session.
Application
When you register for the conference, please indicate that you would be interested to give a student talk. You will then receive an email containing a link to our abstract submission form. Please submit your abstract by 16th June. All awarded student talk applications will then be assessed by a panel of principal investigators from the IMPRS for Molecular Biology faculty in an anonymous review process. We will update you with the results of the review process by mid-July 2024.
